Where are we going to be migrating the site FROM?

To migrate your site, we’ll need access to your current hosting provider (not your new StellarSites account). Specifically, we need:

  • Web hosting account login – This is where your site currently “lives” online (examples: Bluehost, SiteGround, GoDaddy, etc.). If your host provides SSH access, please include those details as well. SSH is preferred, as it makes the migration faster and more reliable.
  • WordPress dashboard login for your existing live site – This is where you currently log in to manage your site and content (e.g., yoursite.com/wp-admin).

⚠️ We do not need your StellarSites WordPress login details. Only credentials for your existing live website and hosting provider are required.
